Camo-esque

This design originally was planned to be Spring camouflage nail art, but I think it turned out a little more abstract (hence the title – camo-esque)! Regardless, I still love this color combo and it was a fun design πŸ™‚

This was my first experience with Seche nail polish…you know, the same people who make the popular Seche Vite! The colors applied like a dream and I was really impressed. They were opaque with the first coat, so these are perfect for nail art as you won’t have to go over the colors again. These colors are from their newest Spring collection – Perfectly Poised.

I first appliedΒ Head to ToeΒ (nude) as my base color. I knew with a bunch of fun colors over the top I didn’t want something really bright. This was a great nude for my skin tone!

Other than just mimicking the “blobs” theres no easy way to explain this design. I usually start off with one spot, and make little “drips” coming off horizontally. Then I just switch up the colors on different areas of the nail. For this part I usedΒ Perfectly Poised (yellow), Conquer the WorldΒ (green), Buttoned UpΒ (purple),Β andΒ Keep it YouΒ (pink).

Of course, I topped these nails off with Seche Vite top coat! πŸ™‚

You can find Seche nail polish at Ulta.

Have you tried Seche nail polishes before?
