Lazy Leopard

Leopard Print Nail Art

Some days you just want cool nails but don’t want to pull out all the tools! I challenged myself to think of some nail art using only the brushes in the polish bottles and this is what I came up with. Leopard print is a nail art essential and will always be one of my favorites.

I started with 2 coats of a base color and dry brushed a light purple over it. While this step isn’t necessary, I love how it added a bit of dimension. Feel free to add more colors!

For the leopard print I wiped off quite a bit of polish from the brush and started painting “O”‘s, “C”‘s, and dots. Switch up the directions and placement of these three shapes and you’ve got leopard print! There’s definitely no need to be perfect…if its slightly sloppy I think it looks a bit more realistic.

What are your favorite nail art designs to do without any tools? Let me know in the comments!
